VisionF Yachts has unveiled the VisionF, a new flagship catamaran constructed entirely in Kevlar composite.
The Turkish yacht builder, best known for its range of stylish power catamarans built in aluminium, has released details on its new VisionF 100 flagship, a stunning cat constructed entirely in durable Kevlar. The material boasts a high strength-to-weight ratio that makes the vessel light, extremely rigid and durable.
At 30.5 metres overall, the flybridge catamaran, the first of which will be delivered in 2025, shares the same in-house design DNA and many of the features of its smaller siblings, but on a superyacht scale. With a max beam of 12 metres, the new flagship model boasts enormous spaces both inside and out, yet its draft of 1.2 metres will make it perfect to explore more shallow waters.
Within the main deck is a huge 100sqm saloon with a dining room. Full-height, sliding glass doors on both sides of the saloon open onto folding bulwarks for panoramic views and a cooling sea breeze. The aft cockpit features dining facilities for a full complement of guests, with functional design elements including a sofa with a backrest that can be shifted to face the table or a folding terrace suspended over the stern.
In the two hulls, which can be configured to suit the owners’ preference, there is space for up to six ensuite guest cabins, a fully equipped galley and, depending on the choice of layout, as many as three crew cabins with separate access.
Clients can also choose to have a luxurious forward-facing master stateroom of 30sqm with private access to the foredeck, which includes an option for a large glass-bottomed Jacuzzi measuring 2.4 x 1.6m, while the expansive sundeck offers 116sqm of open-air space complemented by additional sofa seating, sunbeds, a dining table and a wet bar.
The new VisionF 100 will be powered by four Volvo Penta IPS 1050 engines for a maximum speed of 22 knots.
