The 38m model was based in Singapore and sold into north Asia shortly after being listed

A Sanlorenzo SD126 has been sold into north Asia, and is due for delivery to her new owner in early 2022.

The Singapore-based model was sold by Sanlorenzo Asia and regional dealer Simpson Marine shortly after it was listed for sale.

The 38-metre SD126 is part of Sanlorenzo’s semi-displacement line. Constructed in composite, this tri-deck superyacht features a main saloon terrace that opens up the interior to the sea, a 12-seater dining saloon with the option to open to the aft deck and merge the outside and inside spaces, and two jacuzzis located at the bow and flybridge of the yacht. This particular hull has been tailored for a family-oriented onboard living experience.

The demand for luxury yachts and superyachts continues to grow in the region. An all-new Sanlorenzo SD118 was sold into Hong Kong in November. Meanwhile, earlier this month, Sanlorenzo revealed the sale of¬†its new flagship motor yacht, the 72 Steel, to a European owner. The news caps a positive year for¬†Sanlorenzo’s superyacht division, which has recently confirmed the sale of two units in its 62 Steel line. So far this year, the yard has delivered six superyachts and launched a further six units.
