Registration is now open for the third edition of UAE event, which is the region's first boat show of 2021 and runs from October 13-16

The Abu Dhabi International Boat Show (ADIBS) returns for its third edition from October 13-16, 2021, and is currently welcoming registration for exhibitors, journalists and visitors who want to discover more about boating, watersports and fishing.

Organised by Capital Events, part of Abu Dhabi National Exhibitions Company, ADIBS is the UAE’s first boat show of 2021. The event caters to boat enthusiasts and families looking for a great day out, as well as experienced owners and industry players.

Abu Dhabi International Boat Show to take place in October

Held at the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre (ADNEC) and ADNEC Marina, ADIBS has exhibitors from a wide spectrum of marine leisure and lifestyle, including chartering, sustainable engine technology and – for the first time – a section dedicated to affordable boating

Houseboat fans can take the opportunity to meet with regional houseboat specialists and builders of the biggest houseboats in Abu Dhabi. Fishing equipment also plays a big part in the event, with local and regional fishing companies set to take part.

For those interested in upgrading their boat, there are a number of exhibitors that will be able to advise visitors on everything from new navigation equipment, to top-of-the-range outboard engines and everything in between.

This year’s event also features live music and entertainment activities including the ‘Desert Shield Arena’ obstacle course challenge, and live cookery demonstrations by award-winning Chef Manish Law.

The UAE Flyboarding Championship, organised by Abu Dhabi International Marine Sports Club, will see competitors showing off their skills on the water and soaring up to 15m in the air.
