A brand new Solaris 44, Black Pearl, has been sold into Hong Kong in a sale brokered by Hong Kong-based yacht service company Asiamarine.

The 13.5m sailing yacht, which is a collaboration with Italy’s Solaris Yachts, is the fourth Solaris 44 to be sold into the SAR. The yacht is scheduled to arrive in November 2021.

The Solaris 44 is designed and built for fast cruising with a reduced crew, with all lines being led to just two winches within easy reach of the helmsman. The deck layout comprises a roomy sail locker, large cockpit lockers and an independent storage space for the life raft. A beam of 4.18m allows for the possibility of a large stern cabin with wide twin beds. The hull with its widest beam moved aft and twin rudder blades ensure maximum efficiency at any angle of heel.

She is equipped with furling boom, electric winches, self taking jib, furling Code65 and G2.
