The superyacht will berth in ONE°15 Marina Club after arrival this April

A 2017 Dominator Ilumen 28M has been sold to a buyer in Singapore. The superyacht is en route to the Lion City, and will arrive in April, where she will berth in ONE°15 Marina Club.

Brokerage Boat Lagoon Yachting confirms that Alister Brunskill represented the buyer, with James Hall and Eva Malek of TWW Yachts representing the seller.

“For the past three years, the Covid-19 pandemic has obviously affected the economy of every country and region in the world, especially those with focus on tourism like Southeast Asia,” says Kornlak Kaewkulaya, senior marketing manager at Boat Lagoon Yachting.

“Selling luxury yachts to high-net-worth individuals segments with the change of global travel patterns is not easy. Customers in Singapore are seeking more and more unique experiences. Yet Southeast Asia’s potential client for the yacht above 100ft. continues to increase. Likewise, Boat Lagoon Yachting was delighted to accomplish superyacht sales in late 2021 with a 34-metre Feadship, and we continue 2022 bright [in the same manner] with the first Dominator Ilumen 28M!”

Built in 2017 by Italian shipyard Dominator as part of their ‘Ilumen’ range, HANAA features floor to ceiling windows in the main saloon as well as offering a 270-degree unparalleled view of the surrounding seas in her main deck master suite. Amenities include an on-deck spa bath on the flybridge as well as a large swim platform and garage ideal to launch water toys.

“HANAA has it all – radical design, unparalleled styling and exquisite luxury,” says Boat Lagoon in a statement. “She is one of the most ground-breaking yachts in her class, with incredible use of glass — bathing the interior in natural light during the day and illuminating her surroundings at night.”

Kaewkulaya says the team are looking forward to welcoming the yacht to Singapore, adding: “The relaxation of charter regulations across the Asian region should contribute to the growing number of owners of the superyacht segment steadily.”
