Ferretti Group has sold one of its new flagships, the Custom Line 140, to a Hong Kong buyer
In November, Ferretti Group Asia Pacific announced the sale of the first of the new Custom Line 140 flagships to Hong Kong. The new superyacht will be delivered in December 2023 and arrive shortly after in Hong Kong. This is the second time Ferretti Group Asia Pacific and Burgess Asia have collaborated on a sale, this time to a repeat client.
Custom Line has enjoyed considerable success among Hong Kong yacht buyers, particularly during the boom in the market brought about Covid restrictions.

The new 140 has a length overall of 42.6 metres. She is the third Custom Line yacht in the planing line with exterior and interior design by Francesco Paszkowski Design. Margherita Casprini and the Custom Line Atelier collaborated on the interior styling.
The interior enjoys headroom of 2.1 metres on every deck, and the owner will have considerable volume onboard, with gross tonnage of 398 GT. The 140 has four decks built on a semi-planing hull built in composite and carbon fibre.
The yacht has a top speed of 21.5 knots, a cruising speed of 18 knots and a range of 2,000 nautical miles at economy speed. All new Custom Line superyachts are available on request in compliance with IMO Tier III regulations governing nitrogen oxide emissions.
There is a 70-square metre sun deck for outdoor entertainment with carbon fibre hardtop. The owner’s suite is on the main deck and three VIP cabins plus a guest cabin are on the lower deck. The garage accommodates a Williams 625 tender and a bow garage holds a three-metre jet ski.
Befitting a superyacht of a larger size, crew and guests are kept separate, with service areas from the main deck to the sun deck connected by an internal staircase and service lift.
