The "Firma" line's 37m superyacht designed by Stefano Vafiadis is under construction and scheduled for delivery in 2020
After the launch of M/Y Vanadis last week, Cerri Cantieri Navali (CCN) shipyard and Camper & Nicholsons are pleased to announce the sale of Project DOM123, a 37m superyacht with exteriors and interiors designed by Stefano Vafiadis. The Camper & Nicholsons’ New Build division assisted the owner from the very preliminary stage right through to the contract signing, analysing every aspect of this exciting project and advising accordingly.
“The sale of this yacht represents a strategic milestone for our shipyard”, says Diego Deprati, CCN’s CEO, “it is the first model of a signature line of projects named ‘Firma’ (‘Signature’) as they come out from the cooperation between the shipyard and major international designers and naval architects like Studio Vafiadis. With the ‘Firma’ line, CCN is able to confirm its strong positioning in the medium-sized range of yachting with a well-defined personality and style”.
The design was driven by the desires and needs of a modern and young yacht owner, with lifestyle and functionality at the top of the agenda. The aluminium semi-displacement hull can achieve a maximum speed of 16 knots and a range of 4,000nm at 10 knots.
Project DOM123 features a six-cabin layout with the master suite on the main deck, which has a private balcony. The yacht boasts an impressive array of lifestyle features, many of which are often only found on yachts in excess of 50m, such as a lift servicing the lower deck all the way to sun deck. The yacht has a dynamic flow of social spaces for entertaining and the fantastic sun deck is linked by lift directly to the guest accommodation and lower deck, allowing easy access.
Project DOM123 is already under construction at the Italian shipyard and due to have its hull and superstructure joined in June 2019, with a scheduled delivery in 2020.
