Azimut Yachts has announced news of its first virtual boat show, which runs from May 27-30. During the show, visitors can explore digital product exhibitions and take part in live chat sessions with Azimut sales managers. The Italian builder is also offering clients the chance to arrange one-to-one video calls with its experts to discuss specific needs and detailed information.
The virtual boat show will be hosted in the new Azimut Virtual Lounge, which is a digital environment built to help promote Azimut’s products, technology and vision to the yachting community during extended global lockdowns.
The Azimut Virtual Lounge will offer instant access to virtual tours, live-streamed events, extensive technical information and behind-the-scenes videos. In-depth articles will provide insights into topics ranging from designers to cutting-edge technological solutions.

The Italian brand, which is part of the Azimut | Benetti Group, says it conceived the show as a direct response to the coronavirus outbreak. “In a world in which isolation has become the norm, and almost every major event around the world has been cancelled, the desire to create a meaningful platform to bring the yachting community together was the impetus behind [these] two new initiatives,” says Azimut in a statement made to media this week.
